They're loaded into the editor on open. Edit, then save — the new outline replaces the old.

How to edit pdf bookmarks

Drop the PDF — Drag the PDF whose outline you want to edit.
Add bookmarks — Click "Add bookmark". Type a title and the page number.
Nest children — Use the "+ child" button on any row to add a sub-bookmark.
Save — Download the PDF with its new outline.
